Start process of making trade agreement between Iran and Turkey. Turkey has trade agreement with European Union and I am going to export to Turkey and export the next level product from Turkey to European Union. The trade agreement must be signed in a way to integrate industrial supply chains of Iran and Turkey. Meaning Turkey will purchase Iranian industrial parts, products, supplies, intermediate products, and finished industrial products to use them in its own Industries. Iran must also be able to export food to Turkey but trade deal must not signed in a way to endanger food security of Iran and Iran must remain independence in food production. So integrate Iran and Turkey industries and increase volume of trade by 2 trillion dollar. Hold on it is Middle East volume of trade is low. We’ll plan in a way to have two trillion dollar trade between Iran and Turkey in two days. Also establish a banking mechanism by Turkey and Iran to have trade done while circumventing sanctions. I also need Turkey to start a payment mechanism similar to swift payment system for trade with Iran and make it available to all Nations who want to do trade with Iran. It can be prepared in one week and it will help Turkey to become important banking and financial country. Also build a rail road from Tabriz Iran to Trabzon Turkey and build a Port on Trabzon for transit of cargo. Build another rail road from Istanbul to Iran and make sure it is continuous. Develop eastern Turkey and build industrial hubs, new cities, industrial parks, and economic activities. It is very important to develop eastern Turkey and integrate it with Iran’s economy and Industrial supply chain. Turkey asked me to help their economy and I just gave you plan which will raise your GDP by 100 percent. Now please stop attacking Syria.
