Lift Arms embargo on Iran

Arms Embargo on Iran must not extend. The Arm Embargo must be lifted in October. Once it is lifted Russia must sell Iran Su35 and other advanced military jets and Equipments Iran may require. USA must sell Iran several hundred F22 Raptors and F35. I also need for Iran advanced compositions of Air to Air and Air to Ground Air Force capable of defeating large number of complex air forces. Iran also needs large number of S400 and other anti air systems capable of defeating all air forces and types of enemy jets. Iran may need other military equipments but these are things I need. I also need a nuclear submarine for Iran.
